I had to return something because I totally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to support and they got back to me the next day with clear steps on what to do. Once they received the item, my refund took about a week. I wouldn’t say it was the fastest return ever, but it was smooth and I didn’t have any issues.

At first glance, the brand does seem real and put together. Nothing immediately screamed fake to me, but I still can’t shake the feeling that there might be something they’re not fully showing upfront. In the end, I’d say it was a decent experience. The stock was good and mostly matched what I ordered, but I’d only really recommend posting once you’ve checked that everything lines up with your order. Not perfect, but not bad either.

Customer service was okay overall, but the replies were slower than I expected. I ended up having to follow up myself, which felt like extra work I really shouldn’t have needed to do. They did eventually answer my question and it helped, but I wish they had been quicker and a bit clearer from the start

I placed my order and got the tracking update quickly. The package showed up around the expected time, nothing too dramatic. The box had a small dent on one corner, but the item inside was fine, so I didn’t bother contacting anyone. Overall, it was a decent delivery experience. Anyway.

I ordered this from pleasurepier.com and, i don’t really get the complaints some people might have. The product works like it’s supposed to, the build feels decent, and the performance was actually better than I expected for the price. Yeah, the shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t some huge disaster or anything. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I’m still happy with it overall.

When I first opened the package, I could tell right away that the quality was good. It had a nice, solid feel to it and didn’t seem cheaply made at all. I gave it a quick look over and everything felt sturdy and well put together. As long as what you receive matches what you ordered, I’d say it’s a solid purchase and probably worth around 4 stars.
